Intermediate level adult swimmers are welcome to join our advanced swimming sessions and will be allocated a slower lane to match their ability.
Wednesday’s 18:00 – 19:00
Sunday’s 18:30 – 19:30pm
- One hour session of lengths to a set programme incorporating:
- Fitness training
- These sessions are aimed at those who want to:
- Swim for fitness
- Improve technique or speed
- Compete in Triathlon
- All swimmers follow the programme at their own pace and ability
