Wednesday’s 19:00 – 20:00 (18:00 – 19:00 from Jan 2019)
Sunday’s 18:30 – 19:30

  • One hour session of lengths to a set programme incorporating:
    • Technique
    • Stamina
    • Speed
    • Fitness training
  • These sessions are aimed at those who want to:
    • Swim for fitness
    • Improve technique or speed
    • Compete in Triathlon
  • All swimmers follow the programme at their own pace and ability
  • Advanced children over 12 years old are also welcome to join these sessions
